Dmitry Bondaruk, Elder

Pastor Dmitry was born and raised in a Christian home. From a childhood that began in Belarus to a journey ending halfway around the world, Dmitry lived most of his life in the Shenandoah Valley. After high school, Dmitry completed an Associate degree in Business Management, he worked with his father and brother in a family construction company for eleven years.

While serving in his local church, he saw God’s call on his life to pursue the glory of God through theological training and the opportunity to serve the Lord in full-time ministry. Dmitry had the privilege of attending both the Master’s Seminary and Master’s University for both M.Div. (2016) and BABC (2017). Dmitry served both as a Bible Study Shepherd from 2013-2017 and as a member of the Worship Choir at Grace Community Church! He has a passion for expository preaching, Biblical Counseling, and reaching the Shenandoah Valley community with the gospel of grace!

Dmitry has been married to his lovely wife, Tatyana, since 2002, and they have been blessed with three children: Michael, Karina, and Matthew.


Adam Spencer, Elder

Adam was born and raised in Florida, but he and his wife have lived in the Shenandoah Valley for over 15 years. He has a bachelors degree in micro and molecular biology from the University of Central Florida, and has worked in medical research on and off since 2002. During that time, he was a bi-vocational pastor of a small church for 5 years and received a bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Trinity Biblical University and an M.Div. From The Expositor’s Seminary. He loves to study and teach the Bible, desiring to see God’s people mature in Christ. He has been married to his incredible wife, Heather, since 1998 and is the father of two young men, Eli and Ian. He likes to read, drink black coffee, and sit in front of his fire pit or wood stove.


Paul Pinkevich, Elder

Paul has lived in the Valley for 20 years and was a founding member of GGCC since 2017. He was ordained as elder in 2022. 

Paul has been married to his wonderful wife Natalie since 2003 and they have been blessed with nine children.
